Do you charge for valuations or any other charges or hidden costs?
No. There are no charges to you for selling to Snappy Home sales.
How long does the offer take?
We will speak to you on the phone and ask you questions about your property. At that stage we can usually give an indication of what our offer is likely to be. We then carry out a thorough appraisal of property values in your area. This is done very quickly and we usually give you a formal offer with 24 Hours.
How quickly can we move?
We can exchange contracts within 24 to 48 HOURS, so you can move within a matter of days.
What if I don’t want to proceed?
There’s no obligation on you to proceed once you have received an offer from us. No salesperson will call on since we believe we can provide a win-win situation for all concern.
How much will you offer me?
We offer 75% to 85% of the current market value of your property. The offer can dependent on the location, valuation and condition of your property.
Do I get the amount you offer me, or are there any deductions?
The amount you receive is the offer we have made to you, less any outstanding mortgage or loans on your property.
Do I need to move out?
Yes

Do I need a Solicitor?
Yes. As with all property transaction, you will need a solicitor to complete the legal formalities. As part of our service we will pay your solicitors costs on the sale of your property at the time of completion.
Do I need to complete lots of paperwork?
No. You will be required to sign an agreement with us and complete the normal legal documentation associated with property sale. We will liaise with the solicitor and your mortgage lender or Loan Company, and take care of all the formalities on your behalf.
In what areas do you buy properties?

Will anybody know about the sale?
No. We will not put a "sold" or "acquired" board whilst you are still living at the property and no buys will come to view the property apart from Snappy Home Salas..
Repossession proceedings have been issued on my home. Can these be stopped?
Yes. In most cases the solicitors will speak to the mortgage lenders and arrange for any loans to be repaid and proceedings stopped.
The sooner you contact us the sooner we are to be able to stop the repossession taking place.
Are there any types of properties that you do not purchase?
No. We purchase all types of properties.
Do I receive a lump sum from the sale of my home.
Yes you will minus any loans deducted.
